We are currently looking for a PreK 4 Teacher (Full-Time) and Classroom Assistants (Part-Time) for the next academic year. If you have the experience, passion, and commitment to teaching and guiding young minds, we want you to be a part of our growing team.
The PreK 4 Teacher Position
As a PreK 4 Teacher, you will have the opportunity to inspire children in a faith-centered environment. We are looking for someone who will:
Lead a dynamic PreK 4 class, integrating academic learning with Christian values
Foster an environment of respect, kindness, and curiosity
Develop personalized educational experiences to help each child thrive spiritually and academically
Requirements:
NJ Certified Teacher (required)
At least 3 years of experience in early childhood education
Passionate about working in a faith-based, nurturing environment
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with children and parents
Lead Teacher
At Calvary Learning Center, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Teacher to join our faith-based early education team for the upcoming school year.
As a Lead Teacher, you’ll play a key role in creating a nurturing, Christ-centered classroom where children can grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually. Our supportive staff, small class sizes, and strong family partnerships create the perfect environment for both teachers and students to thrive.
Qualifications:
- NJ Certified Teacher (preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in early childhood education
- Strong leadership and classroom management skills
- Passion for faith-based education and child development
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead and implement engaging, faith-centered lessons and daily classroom activities
- Create a safe, loving, and supportive learning environment
- Guide children’s academic, emotional, social, and spiritual growth
- Collaborate with families and fellow staff members to support student success
- Mentor and support classroom assistants and team members
